2. Estimates and Pricing

  • Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Final pricing will be outlined in your signed agreement.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

Generally:

  • Deposits may be required before work begins.

  • Progress payments may apply for larger projects.

  • Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to suspend work for non-payment.

Late payments may be subject to:

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule services with reasonable notice.

If materials have already been ordered or work has begun, cancellation fees may apply.

Weather-related delays are common in roofing. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Rain

  • Snow

  • Extreme temperatures

  • Supply chain issues

  • Government permitting delays

5. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply to materials as provided by the manufacturer.

Workmanship warranties (if offered) will be clearly stated in your written contract.

Warranties do not cover:

  • Damage caused by neglect

  • Unauthorized alterations

  • Acts of nature (unless specifically stated)

  • Structural issues not related to our work

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

FM & Loonstyn Roofing shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of use of property

  • Interior damage due to pre-existing roof failure

  • Damages exceeding the total amount paid for the services rendered

Customers are responsible for protecting interior contents during roof work.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe and clear access to the work area

  • Remove or protect fragile items inside the home

  • Secure pets

  • Inform us of known structural or water damage

Failure to provide safe access may delay the project.

8. Website Use

You agree not to:
